 Warranty Policy

We are very happy that you have chosen Madephone's products and become our partner. Our goal is to make customer satisfaction a priority in our business.For this in mind, we have established following guidelines to protect you and your customers with warranty issues.

Purchasing products from Madephone Technology Limited, we will provide one year's warranty if it exists any problem. 

1.You have one year warranty from the day you buy. For any problem, you can send back to repair or replace, according to the different cases. But we need you to pay the shipping cost your side. For repaired phones, please delivery back only by air mail or EMS because other shipping company always charge taxes. Any way, if you want to deliver by other ways, please pay the taxes, so we can receive the parcel. If for personal damage, we need to charge you repairing fees if the parts changed needed.

2. That will be helpful for us to find out the problem and the sender of the repaired products, if you can write down the problem, your order number, order date, your name, address and phone number in the package. Normally, we can send back the repaired products in 7 working days after received the package. 

3. Please make sure all are included and well-packed without any damage before you sign the parcel. If you do not check the parcel before signing and find problem after open it, it will be difficult to claim for any missing or damage. 

4. We are irresponsible for any customs problem or taxes, so please make sure all before ordering.

Pay attention: Please deliver by express like UPS, FEDEX, DHL. EMS, Or REGISTERED MAIL.
When return the package, if any problem with Chinese customs, we will not take any responsibility. Because China forbid import broken phones and checked very strictly. If they find them, they will destroy them. Thanks for your understanding.

Software  Service: According to client's reqirement,we will provide several uploading data lines and software platform.
Spare Parts :If clients need spare parts for reparing,we will provide all spare parts basic on cost price.
